In this section we will be posting weekly training tips covering all areas of training, fitness and nutrition from weight training to yoga, including a lot of special training tips on anything from kettlebells to pilates exercises etc.</p>
<p>All training tips will be provided by personal trainers and fitness experts, where possible supported with illustrations or videos on how to do the exercises correctly. The experts will also be available to answer any questions you might have around the exercises, simply just leave a comment on the post that is relevant for you.</p>
